Nomvelo Ndlovu has extensive experience in human resources and project management within The Coca-Cola Company since February 2018, serving as an Advisor for People and Culture Projects and previously as a Human Resources Project Analyst. Responsibilities include managing project implementation in alignment with HR strategy, overseeing initiatives for a consistent employee experience, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts across Africa. Additionally, Nomvelo has developed impactful presentations for various internal meetings. Prior experience includes a role as a Public Affairs, Communication and Sustainability Manager Graduate Trainee and an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Department of Roads and Transport. Nomvelo Ndlovu holds a BA Honours in Public Management and Governance and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from the University of Johannesburg.
