Paulo Mello has extensive experience in engineering management, quality assurance, and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering, Quality and Maintenance at CentroMotion since December 2018. Previously, Paulo held the position of Engineering Manager for South America at maximatecc from October 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included presales support, product application, and new technology implementation. Earlier roles included Engineering Supervisor at PKC Group Oyj, focusing on team management, process improvements, and performance metrics, as well as Project Leader and Design Engineer at AEES, where project management and product development were pivotal. Paulo began a career in customer service as a trainee at CAS Produtos Médicos. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from FEI and a specialization in Automotive Business Administration from Centro Universitário da FEI.
