Shadi Khatib is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President & General Manager at Centrilogic and Chief Technology & Information Officer at Flexiti, Shadi has a proven track record in driving digital transformation and enhancing customer experience. As a longstanding Board Member of the CIO Association of Canada since 2010, Shadi focuses on member acquisition and retention strategies through data analytics. Previous positions include Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at goeasy Ltd., General Manager roles at System Micro Technology and Consulting Corp, and McKesson Canada, and Vice President of Information Technology at Brink’s. Shadi began the professional journey at Nortel Networks after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce and Information Technology from Ryerson University.
