Luke Perera is an experienced professional in marketing and customer engagement, currently serving as Propositions Delivery Lead and previously as Customer Engagement Manager at Centrica since August 2021. Prior to Centrica, Luke held various roles at William Hill from January 2018 to July 2021, including Senior Campaign Planner and Campaign Planner. Earlier experience includes serving as a Digital Marketing Executive at Reed Business Information in 2017, where support was provided to the FlightGlobal brand, and as a Marketing Executive and Business Development Executive at First Mile from November 2012 to November 2016, focusing on customer engagement and acquisition in the recycling sector. Luke holds a BA (Joint Honours) in Business with Operations Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2012, and has A-level qualifications from Southgate.
