Abbas Baramatiwala has over a decade of experience in project management within the gas distribution sector, currently serving as Manager-Projects at Mahanagar Gas Limited since September 2010. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and action plans, monitoring project progress, liaising with various statutory units, and coordinating with internal departments for contract management. Prior experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Indraprastha Gas Ltd involved conceptualizing and executing city gas distribution projects, ensuring timely testing and commissioning of pipelines, and training site teams on safety and technical competencies. Abbas holds an MBA in Operations from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
