Deborah Dimauro has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Deborah began their career as a Consultant at South Rim Enterprises in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Deborah then joined Wenleigh Long Term Care as the Manager of Resident Support Services from September 2001 to January 2002. Deborah continued to progress in their career and became the Director of Resident Support Services at Regency Care Corporation from January 2002 to August 2006. Deborah then served as an Administrator at Queens Garden/Regina Gardens Long Term Care Homes from July 2006 to June 2007. Deborah then joined LifeMark Health as the Regional Manager of South Western Ontario from June 2007 to June 2011. Deborah then moved on to become the Regional Manager and Corporate Relations Manager at Centric Health in June 2011. Currently, Deborah is working at Chartwell Retirement Residences as a Program and Support Services Consultant since September 2013. In this role, they provide support and sets best practices for various services across 28 long-term care homes and leads the development of Chartwell's National Signature and Memory Care programs.

Deborah Dimauro has a diverse education history. Deborah has acquired several certifications and degrees in various fields. Deborah holds a degree in Social work and Gerontology, specifically an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph. Additionally, they have undergone specialized training in the Montessori Based Programming at McMaster University, which focuses on educational approach for children. Also, they received certification from CARF as a Surveyor for Aging Services, indicating their proficiency in evaluating and assessing services for the elderly. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Long Term Care Administrator from OANHSS, emphasizing their expertise in managing long-term care facilities. Moreover, they have gained knowledge in Conflict Resolution in Long Term Care through a program at Silver Meridian. Lastly, they hold a degree as a Behavioral Specialist from FCS International, showcasing their proficiency in addressing behavioral issues.
