Ramon Sanchez is a mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Therapist I at Kern Behavioral Health and Recovery Services since November 2021, Ramon also operates a private practice and hosts the Destigmatize Mental Health Podcast, which focuses on mental health awareness. Previously, Ramon worked as a Clinician at the Counseling & Psychotherapy Center, engaging with criminal justice-involved clients, and as a Social Service Worker IV for Kern County. Additional experience includes behavioral health therapy and case management at Clinica Sierra Vista, along with a background in customer service and educational support roles. Ramon holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Bakersfield.
