Niki Pollack is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Centria Healthcare. With a background in various leadership roles in talent acquisition, including at Rocket Central and Rocket Mortgage, Niki has a strong passion for working with organizations that make a difference, particularly in the field of autism. Prior to their career in talent acquisition, Niki served in the US Army as an 88K, Leading Seaman, earning the Army Achievement Medal for their service. Niki holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global and Oakland Comm.
