Helen Quigley has over a decade of experience in recruitment, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Genea since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition strategies and partnering with leadership to attract top talent. Prior to this role, Helen worked at Employ from June 2004 to November 2012, beginning as a Temporary Consultant and advancing to Manager of Recruitment Operations, specializing in the Banking and Finance sector. Helen holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
