Charlotte Cousin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Laboratoire de Biologie at Centre Hospitalier - Le Mans since July 2023, Charlotte oversees the paramedical activities of the laboratory, managing a team of 55 technicians to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, from April 2015 to May 2023, Charlotte held the position of R&D Manager for Homecare in France and Spain at Unilever, where responsibilities included project implementation and innovation in detergent products. Prior experience also includes roles in formulation development for hair care products at Unilever France, and working as a Naturopathic Practitioner between 2011 and 2015. Charlotte possesses a Master's degree in Biochemical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and additional qualifications in Naturopathic Medicine.
