Filip Czernicki is an accomplished legal and academic professional with extensive experience in aviation law and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny since April 2024, Czernicki also holds the position of Assistant Professor at Wydziały Prawa Uniwersytetu SWPS and maintains an active law practice. In addition to these roles, Czernicki is a member of the Council at Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie, and coordinates pro bono programs. A noted academic lecturer at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, Czernicki previously led the Centre for Constitutionalism and Legal Culture at Instytut Spraw Publicznych, and has held significant roles within Polish Airports State Enterprise, contributing to strategic planning and policy implementation for major airport projects.
