Tessa Cichy has a wealth of experience in business development and sales. Tessa began their career in 2012 as a Women's Basketball Player and Global Health Field Experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2016, they moved on to become a Sales Associate at Stryker. In 2018, they joined Envoy Global, where they held the roles of Business Development Manager, Team Lead Business Development, and Business Development Representative. In 2020, they took on the role of Spine Sales Representative at Zimmer Biomet, selling Zimmer Biomet Spine products through Healthwerks Inc. distributorship. Most recently, in 2021, they moved to Zendesk as Manager, Business Development. In 2022, they joined Center (getcenter.com) as Business Development Manager.

Tessa Cichy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Gender and Women's Studies and a Global Health Certificate.
