Kevin Artz has worked in various roles in the real estate industry. Kevin started their career at Anfield Capital Management, LLC as a Senior Analyst from September 2010 to December 2011. Kevin then joined Center Street Lending as an Aquisitions Analyst from January 2012 to March 2013. From April 2013 to April 2021, they worked at Greenlaw Partners in Multifamily Acquisitions and Asset Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Multifamily Acquisitions/Asset Management at Center Street Lending, starting from April 2021.

Kevin Artz obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California in 2009.
