Additionally, James was the Broker/Manager/Owner of Best Mobile Home Finance from 2000 to 2007, specializing in manufactured home financing. Educationally, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from San Jose State University and an Associate of Science and Associate of Arts in Business and Management from San Jose City College.
