Joseph Sepp Sprietsma serves as the Regional Manager for College Career Pathways at the Center for the Future of Arizona since August 2022, focusing on community health and education initiatives through data-driven decision making and cross-sector partnerships. Previously, Joseph held the position of Program Coordinator and School Liaison at the University of Arizona from 2018 to 2022, and spent two decades with Cochise County in various roles including Program Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed statewide curriculum development and training related to Motivational Interviewing and Adverse Childhood Experiences. Academically, Joseph holds a Master's degree in Community College Higher Education Leadership from Northern Arizona University and has completed additional studies leading to multiple degrees and certifications in education and anthropology from institutions including St. John's College, Prescott College, The Evergreen State College, and Yavapai College.
