Paulina Orbitowska-Fernandez is a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication and an experienced business and life coach. Since April 2020, Paulina has been associated with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, while simultaneously operating a personal business since September 2017, focusing on empathy-based communication and coaching. Paulina is also an eduScrum coach and workshop organizer in Poland, alongside serving as an academic lecturer in intercultural communication at the University of Warsaw from February 2019 to September 2022. Previous roles include director and English and Spanish teacher at the Polsko-Angielska Szkoła Podstawowa Mentis from 2010 to 2017, and various teaching positions in Mexico and Poland. Paulina holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master's in Political Science from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and various postgraduate qualifications in Nonviolent Communication and education management.
