Aarathy R Lakshmi currently serves as a Master Facilitator at Silver Oak Health, focusing on designing interactive learning experiences related to emotional well-being, psychological safety, and leadership development. With previous roles including Senior Manager - Client Engagement and Client Engagement Manager at Silver Oak Health, Aarathy has led teams of mental health professionals, delivered wellness sessions to large corporate groups, and managed end-to-end project execution. Further experience includes positions as a Fieldwork Supervisor at St. Xavier's College, Assistant Professor at Sampurna Montfort College, and Psychological Counsellor at Symbiosis International University.
