Arra Bianca Rael has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started as an Education Technician at NAF Atsugi Japan - MWR in 2009, supporting the growth and well-being of children through positive modeling and curriculum development. From 2011 to 2015, they served as an Education Program Assistant at NAVSTA Everett Child Development Center, focusing on supporting children's emotional, social, and physical growth. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ace Hardware Corporation, handling money transactions and providing customer service. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Production and Customer Service Specialist at DRSi, managing print production projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager at the Center for Human Services, leading initiatives to create a more inclusive work environment and developing strategies for a diverse workforce.
Arra Bianca Rael began their education at Everett Community College, where they pursued a degree in History. Arra Bianca attended the college from 2006 to 2009 and completed their Associate's degree. Following this, they enrolled at Central Washington University in 2012, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Sociology. Their time at Central Washington University lasted until 2013, during which they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree.
