Jennifer Lauer has extensive experience in the senior living industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People at Elegance Senior Living since May 2021. Prior positions at Elegance include Vice President of People and Culture and National Director of Curriculum and Training. Previously, at Validus Senior Living, Jennifer held several roles including Corporate Director of Training, Operations Specialist, and Executive Director, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and licensing for a newly developed assisted living and memory care community. Additionally, Jennifer was National Director of Sales Training and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, focusing on sales training programs and improving occupancy and revenue within the region. Earlier experience includes roles as Sales and Marketing Manager at Angels Senior Living and Director of Sales and Marketing at Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
