Shanti Rios is an experienced executive director at the Center for Family Development, a non-profit behavioral health provider agency, since April 2000. In addition to this role, Shanti has served as a bookkeeper at Piltz Construction, LLC, since September 2003, and owned and managed Psychotherapist Billing Services LLC from August 2008 to February 2022, specializing in mental health practice management. Shanti also held the position of Box Office/House Manager at Cottage Theatre from October 2013 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
