Frederic Funck has extensive work experience in leadership development, coaching, and human resources. Frederic started their career at Michael Page as a Senior Consultant in Human Resources Recruitment and Head Hunting from February 2006 to March 2008. Frederic then joined Progress Associates International as a Senior Consultant in Development Centers and Coaching from April 2008 to October 2010. Following this, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Lead in Human Capital, specializing in Leadership Development and Coaching from October 2010 to June 2014. Frederic Funck continued to expand their expertise at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they held multiple roles including Regional Director from July 2014 to April 2015, EMEA Coaching Business Director from April 2015 to May 2017, EMEA Director of Coaching, Open-Enrollment, and Marketing from May 2017 to March 2020, and currently serves as the CCL Director of Executive Coaching Programs starting from March 2020. Additionally, they hold a membership in the Forbes Coaches Council since January 2020.
Frederic Funck obtained a Professional Certification in Leadership and Coaching from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2014-2015. Frederic also holds a Master Degree in Management with a focus on Finance & Human Capital from Ichec Brussels Management School, completed from 1996 to 2001. Frederic has additional certifications in Coaching for HR Professionals, Brain-based coaching, Leading Strategically, and a Leadership Development Program, all from the Center for Creative Leadership. Frederic also obtained a certification in 16PF from OPP in 2008.
