Grace S. Thomson serves as a Senior Teaching Fellow at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, overseeing academic management of clinics and leading a team of Teaching Fellows to engage over 350 participants each semester. Thomson has contributed significantly to AI policy development through roles such as AI Policy Group Lead and Research Fellow. Additionally, Thomson holds the position of Sr Manager Academic, Research and Quality Assurance at CERT, focusing on talent acceleration and ethical AI projects. Previous roles include Chair of Business Programs at Higher Colleges of Technology and tenure as an Associate Professor at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, along with educational contributions across multiple institutions. With a Doctorate in Business Administration and various advanced degrees, Thomson combines expertise in economics, public innovation, and leadership in academia and industry.
