Lucas Colney is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Mentor at Academos and an Open Innovation and Tech Scouting Advisor at Centech Mtl, where responsibilities include managing innovation projects and evaluating startups for corporate partners. With significant experience in startup selection and program development, Lucas has identified over 1400 startups in 2023 alone. Previously, Lucas co-founded KOP and held various positions, including CEO and logistics mechanic at Décathlon Canada. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from École de technologie supérieure and an engineering diploma in Ergonomics, Design, and Mechanical Engineering from UTBM.
