Robert Cutter serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Northern California Aggregate Region at CEMEX since June 2019, where efforts to turnaround an underperforming business unit have led to a significant EBITDA increase. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles within CEMEX over nearly three decades, including Executive Vice President of Continuous Improvement, where the continuous improvement operating model was developed for CEMEX USA. Achievements also include leading the Arizona and Southern Nevada Region, enhancing EBITDA by nearly $50 million post-2008 downturn, and successfully managing significant revenue growth in various previous roles. Robert Cutter holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.
