Jorge Arias Valencia is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, environmental, and energy law. Currently serving as Gerente Legal, Social y Medio Ambiente at Celepsa since February 2024, Jorge previously held the position of Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Organización Terpel S.A. and has significant experience as a Senior Lawyer at Hunt Oil Company. Jorge's expertise includes negotiating complex contracts, representing companies before government authorities, and providing legal support across various business divisions. An accomplished academic, Jorge holds multiple degrees, including a Diplomado en Libre Competencia from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Magister en Gestión de la Energía from Universidad ESAN, as well as a degree in Law from Universidad Católica de Santa María.
