Kyle Landis-Marinello serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Landis-Marinello was General Counsel at the Vermont Public Utility Commission from April 2018 to September 2023 and worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Division of the Vermont Attorney General's Office from September 2010 to April 2018, representing the State of Vermont in various environmental litigations. Earlier career experiences include clerkships at the Vermont Supreme Court and Vermont Environmental Court. Landis-Marinello holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Studies in Environmental Law, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Emory University.
