Kimberly Audet Cornwell currently serves as SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Solid Biosciences since July 2024. Cornwell holds additional leadership roles as a Board Director at The Wandering Heart Project, Inc., and as Founder and CEO of Celadon Road, both positions starting in October 2020 and April 2008 respectively. Previous experience includes General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Repligen Corporation from September 2021 to July 2024, and General Counsel at Avitide, LLC, a Repligen Company, from October 2017 to July 2024. Cornwell also practiced at Outside GC LLC as a Member of the Firm from November 2015 to November 2021, and was the General Counsel at Sanofi Pasteur Biologics for over a decade from September 2004 to November 2015. Earlier career stages involved serving as an Associate at Edwards & Angell, LLP, and Counsel at Atos Consulting Switzerland. Educationally, Cornwell earned a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Boston University.
