Abdullah Al-Omar currently serves as Team Lead for Retail Operations UK & Ireland at Emma – The Sleep Company, having progressed through several roles including Junior Team Lead and Retail Operations Manager since November 2021. Prior experience includes a Retail Operations Specialist role at Avantgarde from November 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities involved operational support, training, and policy definition for store teams. Earlier positions include roles at BMW Group as a Sales Steering & Market Intelligence Intern, and various positions at Avantgarde, Triad Computer Trading, and internship experiences that contributed to skills in sales, marketing, and business development.
