Anne Ramon has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, HR development, and project management. Anne currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Cegid, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Development Manager at Gan Assurances from November 2020 to August 2021. From June 2018 to November 2020, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at La Mutuelle Générale. Anne also has experience in talent acquisition and project management at Korn Ferry, where they worked from January 2013 to May 2018. Before that, they held roles in talent development and project management at Dassault Systemes and Korn Ferry Futurestep. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Career Transition Consultant at BPI group.

Anne Ramon obtained a Master 2 degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Université Paris Cité in 1996. Anne also obtained certifications in Aptitudes intellectuelles (GAT, DAT Next Gen, Watson Glaser III, ...) and SOSIE 2nd generation from ECPA par Pearson in 2020.
