Gulay Aydın currently serves as the Director of People and Culture for EMEA and Turkey at Invicti Security, where responsibilities include leading Turkey HR operations and acting as the Global Talent Management Center of Excellence. Prior experience includes roles at TTEC, where Gulay held positions such as Human Capital and Organizational Excellence Manager, Workforce Management and Planning Lead, Senior Researcher, and Research Analyst, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, research processes, and operational leadership. Gulay holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Koç University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University.
