Brian Chapin currently serves as the Assistant Recreation Superintendent for the City of Cedar Hill, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Brian was the Assistant Manager at The Epic for the City of Grand Prairie Parks, Arts & Recreation from September 2017 to October 2022, overseeing various departments including fitness, athletics, and aquatics within a comprehensive 120,000 square foot facility. Brian's background includes roles at the City of North Richland Hills, where responsibilities spanned from Assistant Manager at NRH Centre to Athletic Program Coordinator, managing a wide array of athletic leagues and community events. Earlier experience includes positions with BC Baseball League and MizzouRec Services and Facilities, focusing on tournament management and club sports oversight. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2010.
