Anne Njoki is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead for HR and Operations at Cedar Africa Group since October 2019, Anne has successfully developed and implemented over 20 organizational policies and improved cash flow through strategic negotiation with suppliers. Previously, Anne held positions as a Records Associate & Administrative Assistant at Totally Sorted Limited, where administrative support and records management were key responsibilities, and as a Service Coordinator at Express Automation, overseeing client billing and inventory management. Anne's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Mount Kenya University, a Diploma in Archives and Records Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, and a Certificate in Autocad from Zetech College.
