Chante Truscott, MBA, serves as the Chief People and Equity Officer and Executive Director of People Services at engage2learn since April 2021. Prior to this role, Chante Truscott was a Senior Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau from May 2019 to August 2021 and has extensive experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Truscott Enterprises from January 2012 to April 2021. Additional roles include Human Resources Director at Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska, Navigator Program Manager at Community Action of Nebraska, and Director of Community Bridges at Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska. Chante Truscott holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field. Educational qualifications also include an Associate of Arts from Lone Star College. Chante Truscott is known for utilizing past experiences and passion to inspire change and purpose in the lives of individuals through coaching and counseling in various areas, including career placement and personal development.
