Leona Lewis, P.E. is an experienced aviation project manager currently serving at Passero Associates since January 2023. In addition, Leona holds the position of forensic engineer specializing in civil and aviation at CED Technologies, Inc. since December 2021. Previous experience includes various roles at Mott MacDonald from January 2017 to December 2021, advancing from civil engineer II to project engineer. Prior to Mott MacDonald, Leona was an engineering specialist for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from July 2013 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University, and two Associate's degrees from Gulf Coast State College and North Florida Community College.
