Kristin Malek is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as supply chain and procurement processes. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Columbia University and an Advisory Board Member for the College of Lake County's Business Department, Kristin also holds the position of Vice President at tech:SCALE and serves on the DEI Board, providing insights for strategic decision-making in large companies. As the Global Director of Business Diversity at CDW, Kristin leads efforts to enhance procurement opportunities for diverse businesses. Additionally, Kristin is the Vice Chair of the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council and has held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at GiGi's Playhouse Inc. Kristin's educational background includes a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Illinois University, complemented by Six Sigma certification in Project Management.
