Randy M. currently serves as Foundation President at Clayton Dubilier & Rice since June 2021. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Chief Operating Officer at COOP from November 2018 to May 2021, focusing on empowering First-Gen college graduates through digital skills and fostering connections. Randy's prior experience includes leadership roles at HERE to HERE/The James & Judith K. Dimon Foundation, Year Up, and Stella and Charles Guttman Community College at CUNY, along with teaching positions at Gateway Community College and Miami Jackson Senior High School. Academic qualifications include pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University, a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Adelphi University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Wilberforce University.
