Rick Winter is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in roadway design and CAD technology. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at RETTEW since June 2024 and holding a similar position at CDR Maguire Inc. since January 2020, Rick has developed expertise in creating comprehensive sets of plans, including roadway alignments, profiles, and cross sections. Previous roles include Senior CAD Technician at ms consultants, inc. from April 2015 to January 2020, and Designer at SAI CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC from October 2007 to April 2015, both of which involved similar responsibilities in plan layouts. Rick began a career in design as a Cad Tech II at Wilbur Smith Associates and as a Draftsman I at Cadnetics Inc. Rick holds an education from Pittsburgh Technical College completed between 2000 and 2002 and graduated from North Hills High School.
