Melinda Gale is a seasoned user experience design professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Sonova Group since November 2019, Melinda has also worked as a User Researcher at McAfee for a brief period in 2021 and held the position of Senior UX Designer at Unitron Global prior to that. In addition, Melinda contributed to Desire2Learn in multiple capacities, including Senior Product Designer and Product Designer, from 2013 to 2018. Melinda's expertise encompasses user experience design, interaction design, usability testing, user research, and customer experience mapping, among others. Educational qualifications include a Design MBA obtained in 2022, a Master of Digital Experience Innovation, and a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Fine Arts and Human Resources from the University of Waterloo.
