Additionally, Abdul Rob holds a director position at SMM Media Ltd, emphasizing diversity, equality, and inclusion, and serves as an advisor for DIAMOND JEWELS of Hatton Garden. Previous experience includes significant contributions as a Civil Servant at the Ministry of Justice, where responsibilities spanned HR, equalities policy, and community engagement, alongside early work as a Postal Worker at Royal Mail.
