Joelle Farrell MA, CF APMP is a seasoned proposal writer and communications strategist with extensive experience in federal proposals, media relations, and strategic communications. At OST Global Solutions, Inc, Joelle has served as a Senior Proposal Writer/Proposal Manager since March 2021, successfully managing significant federal bids such as DHA's Omnibus IV. Previous roles include consulting for various clients and serving as Senior Communications Consultant at ZERO TO THREE, where Joelle advanced policy initiatives through targeted media strategies. As Deputy Press Secretary for the New Jersey Governor's office, Joelle developed strategic communications during critical national exposure periods. Additionally, Joelle has an accomplished background as a reporter, including award-winning coverage at the Philadelphia Inquirer and specialized reporting on the New Hampshire National Guard. Joelle holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University and a BA in Biology from Macalester College.
