Donann Williams has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, currently serving as a Health and Safety Compliance Supervisor and Preload Supervisor at UPS since August 2020. Prior to this, Donann spent nearly a decade as a Customer Service Manager at CCRA Travel Commerce Network and held similar roles at Hickory Travel Systems from January 2001 to January 2010. Earlier career highlights include positions as an International Travel Counselor at Johnson & Johnson/American Express and a VIP Travel Counselor at Salomon Brothers/American Express, earning the Pacesetter Award in 1995. Donann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as certifications in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Southeastern Academy.
