Darrell Murray is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engagement and customer success management. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at CCC Information Services since September 2018, Darrell previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Arity from July 2016 to September 2018. Darrell's extensive tenure at Allstate spanned over a decade, where roles included Connected Car B2B Relationship Manager, Drivewise Operations Manager, Corporate Relations Manager for the National Catastrophe Team, Sr. Project Manager for the Field Leader Bonus & Recognition, and Regional Manager for Expanded Markets.
