GiGi Pleet is an experienced professional in the field of adoption and customer service, currently serving as a Colombia Adoption Assistant at CCAI since May 2023. Previously, GiGi held the role of Adoption Promotions Specialist and Advocate at CCAI Family from January 2014 to July 2020, where efforts focused on raising adoption awareness, educating families, promoting post-adoption programs, and engaging in advocacy and fundraising activities. Prior to this, GiGi worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Hample Insurance Service, LLC from July 2005 to November 2013, excelling in client relations and communication while selling personal lines of insurance. GiGi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona between 1986 and 1992.
