Kristi Lentz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, grant administration, and operational management. Since October 2019, Kristi serves as a Board Member and HR Director at CBS Squared Inc., focusing on onboarding, benefits, leadership development, and communication, while also acting as a Senior Grant Specialist. Prior to this, Kristi held the position of County Executive Director at USDA from June 2016 to October 2019, overseeing multiple office sites and statewide programs. As Field Operations Manager at Winmark Corporation from September 2013 to June 2016, Kristi provided consultancy to store owners across the US and Canada on various business management aspects. Kristi's career began at Target as a Backup Production Controller and included a role as a Health Teacher in the School District of La Crosse. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
