Rod Staten serves as Division President at David Weekley Homes since May 2012, following a diverse career in real estate development and construction management. Prior to this role, Rod was a Partner/Manager at Tri-Equity Builders, specializing in distressed multi-family projects. Rod's experience also includes leadership positions at Trophy Resort Properties, Christopher Homes, and Centex Destination Properties, where Rod honed skills in project management, operations, and strategic growth. Rod began the career at David Weekley Homes, progressing from Estimator to City Manager in Charleston, SC, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
