John Dickerson is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in political reporting and analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Political Analyst and Senior National Correspondent for CBS News since May 2021, Dickerson has previously held prominent roles including 60 Minutes Correspondent, Co-anchor of CBS This Morning, and Moderator of Face the Nation. John's career in journalism began at Time Magazine where Dickerson worked as a White House Correspondent and later as a Political Correspondent at Slate Magazine. Dickerson holds degrees in English and American Studies from the University of Virginia, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1991.
