Vincent Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Vincent started their career as an intern at Aon in 2009 before transitioning to a research analyst role at Pallas Global Capital in 2011. In 2012, they joined EY as a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services, where they conducted equity and industry research, developed financial models, and appraised company values.

Following this, Vincent worked at Prologis as part of the Investment Transaction team, participating in the acquisition process and building cash flow models for valuations. Vincent then joined Annington, where they managed and supervised the transaction advisory services team, building complex financial models for various purposes.

Vincent's next role was at FOSUN Private Equity as an Investment Associate Director, responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Vincent conducted extensive investment analysis, prepared investment memorandums, and assisted in negotiating and executing deals.

Most recently, Vincent joined CBRE Investment Management as Vice President - Investment and Fund Management, leading capital deployment and acquisition for the China Logistics Fund. Vincent successfully completed the acquisition of multiple projects and led due diligence and transaction structuring.

Vincent Chen's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics in 2008. Vincent then went on to pursue higher education at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance. During the same period, they also obtained another MS degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
