Lisa Browning, CZA, has over two decades of experience in zoning and building inspection. Currently serving as a Zoning/Code Inspector for the Town of Blacksburg since August 2000, Lisa is responsible for enforcing zoning ordinance regulations and certain Town Code regulations. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Building Permit Technician, managing inspection schedules and processing building permit applications. Earlier experience includes a position as a Documentation Specialist at Litton Network Access Systems from November 1997 to July 2000, where Lisa handled documentation processes and managed electronic databases related to hardware and software design. Lisa's educational background includes studies at Virginia Western Community College and New River Community College.
