Kyle Murray has held various legal positions throughout their career. Kyle began their work experience as an Assistant General Counsel at Bats Global Markets, Inc. in May 2008 and stayed in this role until March 2017. Following their time at Bats, Murray joined Cboe Global Markets in March 2017 as an Assistant General Counsel. Kyle was later promoted to the role of VP, Associate General Counsel in September 2019 and then to VP, Legal Head of Global Listings in March 2023.

Kyle Murray pursued their education starting in 2001 at The University of Kansas, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science in 2005. Kyle then went on to Saint Louis University, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance in 2007. Continuing their studies at Saint Louis University, Kyle obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Business Transactions and Taxation from the School of Law in 2008.
