Kristen Darden possesses extensive experience in vendor management and compliance within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Vendor Management & Compliance at Navient since June 2015, Kristen has progressively advanced through roles, including Director of Vendor Audit and Manager of Vendor Management & Compliance Audit, overseeing operational and regulatory audits. Prior experience includes a tenure at Chase from January 2008 to May 2015, where Kristen contributed to the implementation of vendor oversight programs and acted as a liaison during compliance reviews. Earlier at Nelnet, Kristen excelled as a Senior Loan Counselor. Kristen earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.
